What we collect

When you request a free demo we collect your name, mobile number, email address, whether you are a parent or the learner, your preferred time to be called, and the programme you are interested in. We do not collect anything else, and we do not ask for payment details at this stage.

Why we collect it

Solely to contact you about the demo class you requested and to arrange a suitable time. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

Learners under 18

A demo class may be requested either by a parent or guardian, or by the student directly. Where the student is under 18 and books the demo themselves, we ask them to confirm that a parent or guardian knows about the request and agrees to it, and we contact the parent or guardian before any paid enrolment. We never direct advertising at children and we never track children's behaviour online.

How long we keep it

Our form provider holds your submission for 7 days and then deletes it automatically. Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are removed from our own records within 30 days. If you enrol, we keep your details for as long as you are a student with us and for the period our accounting obligations require. A minimal record of your consent (the date and the version of this notice you agreed to, without your contact details) is kept separately for up to three years so we can demonstrate that consent was given.

Where it is stored

Your submission is delivered to our email over an encrypted connection by our form provider, Web3Forms, whose servers store it encrypted and delete it automatically after 7 days. This website itself stores nothing: it has no database, sets no cookies, and keeps no copy of what you type. Access to our mailbox is restricted to the VeloVeda team and protected by two-factor authentication.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to us at the address below and we will act on your request within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
